As a result of our dedication to quality finishes and our high level of service – our company is growing fast and we are undertaking an ever growing number of polished concrete and commercial epoxy flooring projects. We’re looking to increase the size of our team and are looking for experienced, quality focused flooring applicators and technicians who are keen to progress their careers.

What We Do:

A majority of our work is epoxy flooring, polyurethane flooring, polished concrete, trowelled applications, roller applied coatings, epoxy coving, specialized coatings, etc. for the commercial and industrial markets.. We have regular work with top tier builders and large commercial customers across multiple industries throughout SEQ.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project management from start to finish
  • Delivering high quality finishes
  • Ability to work independently as well as directing small teams
  • People and resource management
  • Provide leadership

  • Effective communication with clients, sales teams & internal management
  • Safety management on job sites

  • Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude

Minimum requirements:

  • Mechanical polished concrete finishes to a high standard
  • Efficiently grind and polish using edging grinders and 3 phase machinery and tooling
  • Application of epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic coatings with a high level of detail on commercial projects
  • A minimum of 3-4 years industry experience is required.
  • Manual drivers license & transportation

FLOORING APPLICATORS

Key responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safety protocols on job sites
  • Work within company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude

Minimum requirements:

  • Application of epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic coatings with a high level of detail on commercial projects (beneficial)
  • Mechanical polished concrete experience (beneficial)
  • A minimum of 2+ years industry/trade experience is required.
  • Whitecard (general construction induction card)
  • Manual drivers license & transportation
