Below are a range of different businesses they we help out on a regular basis. Click on the type of project you have coming up to learn more about how we can help.
Epoxy roll coat. A solid-colour epoxy applied in multiple coats over a prepared slab. It’s cost-effective, easy to clean and suited to warehouses, storage and light manufacturing.
Anti-slip epoxy. Epoxy with a broadcast aggregate for grip in wet or oily areas. We can build the system to the slip resistance rating on your drawings or specification.
Epoxy flake. A decorative broadcast finish for showrooms, retail and amenities where appearance matters as well as durability.
Polyurethane (PU) cement. For food processing, breweries, abattoirs and any floor that sees hot water washdowns, thermal shock or aggressive chemicals. PU cement handles conditions that standard epoxy won’t.
Screeding and coving. Screeds correct falls and level out uneven slabs. Coved skirtings give a hygienic, easy-clean junction between floor and wall.
Toowoomba isn’t Brisbane. Cold winter mornings and a big day-to-night temperature swing both affect how epoxy cures. Low slab temperatures slow curing, and moisture in the slab or condensation on the surface can cause adhesion failures if they aren’t picked up before coating.
We test slab moisture before we start. We select products suited to the conditions and plan application times around temperature. That keeps the floor on program and stops coatings from lifting down the track.
Working around a live site. We know most sites can’t shut down or lose trade days. We stage installations, work out of hours and coordinate with other trades so the floor gets done without stopping your operation or blowing out the program.

Usually, yes. We repair cracks, joints and surface damage as part of preparation. If the slab has major structural or moisture problems, we’ll tell you before quoting.
It can. Low temperatures slow curing, and moisture or condensation affects adhesion. We test the slab and plan products and timing around the conditions on site
For hot water washdowns, thermal shock or harsh cleaning chemicals, PU cement is usually the right choice. Epoxy suits dry processing, packing and storage areas. We’ll recommend the system that fits how the floor is actually used.
