Fino Foods is a specialty artisan food distributor, sourcing products both locally and overseas. Fino Foods began in 2003, proudly selling Shoyu and a handful of specialty products to local Brisbane chefs. Today, Fino Foods work collaboratively with restaurants, specialty retailers, cafes, family-owned delis, sandwich shops, butchers and caterers across QLD, NSW and the ACT

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

• Multiple epoxy systems for clients’ new distribution, cold store and food processing facility.
• Transforming a warehouse into multiple use areas with falls as required.
• Separate deployments to work in with refrigeration/cold store installations.

STRATEGY:

• Grind & repair majority of the floor to assist other trades with installation on floor.
• Work with the owner & refrigeration team on an evolving schedule to deliver project in stages.
• Tailor epoxy systems to the areas use but maintain an overall seamless colour and look.
• Deploy multiple team members as per the required skill sets for varying areas.

OUTCOME:

• Tailored epoxy systems for multiple use areas including warehouse, cold store & food preperation.
• Creation of falls & coving in food preparation areas to work in with food safety stands.
• Thrilled owner excited for his business to utilise the spaces as desired.
