PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

• Multiple specified Dulux epoxy systems to cater for exterior, interior, walkways and driveways.
• 2300m2 of UV stable external carpark & ramp with non-slip.
• 850m2 internal driveways & walkways
• 1400m2 of internal storage sheds
• 5 different colour selections for each specified system

STRATEGY:

• Complete 4550m2 of Dulux specified systems over multiple areas and levels in single deployment including in open air areas.
• Work with Arc Projects team to work in with other trades to complete the works in under 3 weeks from start to finish.
• Deploy multiple machine set ups & up to 10 team members at certain times.
• Manage multiple product deliveries of bespoke colour systems as the project progressed.

OUTCOME:

• Project delivered on time in fast turnaround even with inclement weather.
• Extremely satisfied construction client with flagship project delivered on budget.
• Demonstrated supplier partnership with with Dulux Protective coatings team
• Great quality finishes over large square meterage areas.
