PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

• Refurbishment of worn & damaged commercial concrete floor.
• Provide the client with appealing commercial premises for lease.
• Ensure the space was ready for lease & done on client budget.

STRATEGY:

• Identify damaged/pitted areas of floor that required heavy grind & GP epoxy skim coat.
• Use a high solids epoxy system with greater film build to hide other slight imperfections.
• Complete works in quick turnaround to not impact other nearby tenancies with access issues.

OUTCOME:

• Delivery of a seamless epoxy floor that was visually appealing for leasing.
• Owner ecstatic with the overall facelift of tenancy for lease.
• Owner advised leasing of tenancy once works were completed.
