SERVICE: Epoxy Flooring

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Make good for end of lease
  • Ensure tenant’s bond is returned
  • Create attractive floor to aid in releasing the site

STRATEGY:

  • Core drill bolts (removal) previously used to hold racking & machines 
  • Fill with epoxy and sand mortar
  • Grind floor to create flat surface suitable for new epoxy coating 
  • Work with other trades to ensure smooth application process 

OUTCOME:

  • Seamless Flat floor with all holes filled 
  • 2 coats of epoxy applied to create uniform finish 
  • Fresh appearance that is easy to clean
  • Completely ready for owner to return to lease for new tenants
