PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

• 620m2 of previous flooring removal & new polished concrete flooring.
• Exposure Level – Salt & Pepper Exposure
• Finish – Semi-Gloss – 400 Resins

STRATEGY:

• Grind floor to remove previous flooring residue(vinyl glue) & slab inconsistencies
• Remove dust and silica risk by utilising H class vacuum systems
• Patch floor cracks and inconsistencies with cementitious grout. 
• Use densifying chemicals to create a hard scratch resistant surface 
• Resin polish to create an attractive retail floor 

OUTCOME:

• Attractive retail floor with varied stone exposure 
• Mid level gloss 
• Easy to clean and maintain 
• Long life cycle on flooring
